1. How do I upload my photo(s) for the magnets?

After selecting your product, you’ll be prompted to upload your image(s) directly on the product page. Make sure your photo is clear and high-resolution for best results. For square magnets please make sure your photo is squared; rectangular photos may not fit or crop well for a finished square magnet.

2. Can I preview my magnet before it’s made?

At this time, we do not offer live previews. However, if you’d like a digital proof, please request it in the order notes and we’ll email you one before production.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Production time is typically 3–5 business days. Shipping time varies by location, order size, and holidays:

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

Customers will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

We do not allow changes after placing your order. We do however, allow you to see a digital proof if requested in the order notes.

5. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Since our magnets are personalized, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll happily replace it. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. What size are the magnets?

Our standard magnet size is 2×2, but we offer other size options depending on the product. You can find size details on each product page.

7. Can I order in bulk for events or gifts?

Absolutely! We love working on bulk orders for events like weddings, memorials, graduations or family reunions, etc. Please contact us at bulk@forevermagnetic.shop for special pricing and options.

8. Will my photo be edited or enhanced?

We lightly crop and adjust your photo for best fit and clarity, but we don’t make major edits. If your photo is too low quality, we’ll reach out to request a new one before starting production.

9. Can I use more than one photo in my magnet design?

You are able to upload a collage you have made as an option. Some of our magnet sheet designs allow for multiple photos — check the product details to see if that option is available. Remember our square magnets are 2×2 inches in size if you choose to upload a collage.

10. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. We hope to expand our market in the future.
