At Forever Magnetic, every item is custom-made with care to preserve your most meaningful memories. Because our products are personalized, we do not offer refunds or returns based on buyer’s remorse or errors made when submitting photos or text.

However, we stand by the quality of our work and are committed to making things right if there’s an issue. Please review the details of our refund policy below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our magnets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Customer Input Errors

We are not responsible for errors in the images or text provided by the customer. Please carefully review all details before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake shortly after ordering, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make the correction before production begins.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it cannot be located, contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Processing Time

Each magnet is custom-made, which takes a little extra time to ensure the quality your memories deserve. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to design, create, package and ship your order.

United States

  • Standard Shipping (6–12 magnets): $6.99

  • FREE shipping on orders over $35

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via USPS; can take up to 7 business days to Alaska or Hawaii

Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders of $35 or more. No code needed—discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Note: Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to holidays, weather, or other delays.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your magnets every step of the way.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
